Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith

There are inherently problems with this movie. First, Lucas wrote it. Here’s a bit of dialogue:

Anakin: You are so… beautiful.
Amidala: It’s only because I’m so in love.
Anakin: No, it’s because I’m so in love with you.

Wow. Second, Lucas directed it. There are long passages during the lightsaber duels where nothing happens because these people are all Jedis or Sith or whatever and they’re all too good with the lightsabers to really hurt each other. Zzzzzz…

Third, it’s the sixth movie in a series. Some stuff just gets old. Are you like me, are you sick of all of the original trilogy main characters making cameos every five minutes? (I am so glad that a young Han didn’t show up on the Wookiee planet.) Are you like me, are you sick of every single sentence which Yoda utters being of some painful mixed construction? If just every once in a while we could have a nice noun, verb sentence to break them up… That being said, he does have one great line:
